Lorie plays a key role in strengthening the operational and governance foundations of the Philippine Rugby Football Union (PRFU). She oversees administration, financial management, and compliance to ensure the Union meets national and international standards.
Working closely with the Board, staff, and key stakeholders, Lorie supports the effective delivery of PRFU programs — from national teams to grassroots development — while reinforcing transparency, accountability, and strong internal systems. Her focus on organisational effectiveness and sustainable governance helps provide the stable foundation needed to grow rugby across the Philippines. |

Paula is a Cum Laude graduate of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman. As the Finance and Administration Manager for the PRFU, Paula manages the Union’s financial reporting, budgeting, and core administrative functions. With a sharp eye for detail and a rational approach to resource management, she ensures that the Union’s financial foundations are sound and efficiently maintained.
Paula has also been a key contributor to the Union’s partnership with ChildFund Rugby, focusing on the financial and administrative aspects of the Reconnect and Pass It Back grassroots projects. By providing dedicated support to these initiatives, she ensures that the funding and logistics behind the scenes are handled with precision. Paula is committed to using her background in business administration to support the growth of the Rugby community. |

Angel began her rugby journey with Philippine Rugby in 2017 as a Pass It Back Coach, working directly with communities and young people at the grassroots level. She later served as Club Development Officer for Negros in 2022, supporting the rebuilding and expansion of local rugby programs following the pandemic.
Angel joined PRFU full-time in 2023 as a Project Manager for Pass It Back and was appointed Interim Clubs and Community Manager in 2025. In this role, she works with clubs and partners nationwide to strengthen systems, support sustainable growth, and expand community-based rugby across the Philippines. |

Cherlaine Ojoy has a genuine passion for sports as she was once a varsity player during her academic years.
