Rugby 7s

Rugby 7s is the Olympic version of the sport, it's fast, fun, active and exciting to watch. The game involves 7 players on each team, on a full Rugby field with each match being 14 minutes in total. A team would usually play 3 to 4 games per competition day. Our season starts in August through until end of October.
Rugby 15s

Rugby 15s is the traditional style of Rugby with 15 players on each team. The match is generally played for 2 x 40 minute halves. It's the longest format of the game. Our season kicks off in February and is played until July.
