All Rugby players need to be aware Philippine Rugby adhere to the World Rugby Anti-Doping regulations and policies. Each player registered within our Union shall abide by these regulations, specifically under World Rugby Regulation 21. The 2021 Anti-Doping Handbook can be found below as provided by World Rugby.
