Talent Identification and Recruitment
Philippine Rugby has announced the 2021 Talent Identification and Recruitment (TIR) calendar. The TIR days offer all Philippine heritage rugby players the opportunity to showcase their skills to Philippine Rugby's coaching team in countries of their own residence.
A large number of Filipinos who have grown up abroad or moved overseas are actively playing rugby. Philippine Rugby aim to ensure all Filipinos across the globe have the opportunity to be scouted to play for the Philippines, most evidently for the Philippine Volcanoes.
