To be considered for the Philippine Volcanoes Under19s team, you must be NOT be older than 19 years old on December 31, 2017. This means you must have been born in or after 1998.

Under World Rugby rules, to play for the Philippine National Team, you must meet ANY of the following criteria:

You were born in the Philippines
You have at least 1 parent or grandparent that was born in the Philippines
You have three years of uninterrupted residency in the country

If you are eligible and have intermediate experience playing Rugby Union or Rugby League, please fill out the form blow and be included in our player database.

The 2017 U19 PRFU National Program will be held in December, contact the PRFU for more information.
