Manila, Philippines - The 2023 PRFU 7s Series - Luzon 5th and final leg came to an exhilarating conclusion last weekend, 21 October, 2023, at the prestigious Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub in Imus, Cavite. The event witnessed an exceptional display of rugby excellence, with Eagles RFC emerging as the dominant force, securing the CUP Division title for both the Men's and Women's Divisions, and the Men's PLATE Division title for their development team, the Ibons.
In an electrifying showdown in the Men's CUP Division finals, Eagles RFC took on the number 2 ranked team, Manila Nomads, and emerged victorious with a score of 19-7. The Women's CUP Division finals was no less thrilling, as Eagles RFC faced off against the top-ranked SKF Makati Mavericks Ricky, clinching the title with a final score of 14-5. Eagles RFC didn't stop at the CUP Division titles; they also secured the Overall Championship Titles for men's and women's, demonstrating their consistency and prowess throughout the series.

The Women's Division Plate Finals match was also a captivating spectacle, marked by the impressive return of the ladies from the north, the Clark Jets. They secured a resounding victory, demonstrating their prowess with a dominant 24-0 lead over the formidable Manila Rogues. This outstanding performance rightfully earned them the coveted trophy, a testament to their hard work and dedication.  This is the second Plate trophy for the Jets women as they were also Plate Champions in leg 2 of the series played in September.

The Men's Bowl Division Finals witnessed a remarkable display of skill, determination, and resilience by the Nomads Carabaos.  Facing the defending Bowl Division Champions from Leg 4, the formidable SKF Makati Mavericks Roosters, the Nomads Carabaos delivered a resounding performance.
